Ours is a life firmly grounded in faith—a faith mature and hopeful, nourished by the ever- flowing waters of God’s faithfulness and never-failing providence. In the spirit of flexible consistency we therefore remain open to mystery while at the same time holding fast to, persevering and at no time losing sight of the fundamentals of our original foundation.
The life, well-being and future of our monastery are without doubt safe and secure in the Lord’s keeping—in each present moment we shall watch with an expecting gaze—a gaze filled with wonder and awe as we gratefully marvel at the gradual unfolding of God’s will for us.
Oh what peace! Oh, what serenity! What harmony when all is completely surrendered to the will of God!
